Healthy Chocolate Lava Cake
Yes, you read that right. This is a recipe for a healthy, chocolate lava cake. Yum!
1 scoop Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
1 tablespoon coconut flour
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 1/2 tablespoon zero calorie sweetener
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a bowl, mox Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder, zero calorie sweetner, baking powder and a pinch of salt
Add unsweetened almond milk, water, egg and vanilla extract, mix well
Pour into 4 greased cupcake baking dishes
Bake for 5-6 minutes or until tops appear set. Continually check the cakes to be sure they don’t over bake. The lava center will harden if overcooked.
Serve immediately, the middle should ooze out!
