Don’t you want to have a conversation with someone who really understands what you’re going through? At Be Well 365 you will find those people. They’ve struggled with nutrition, with obesity, with discipline and discouragement.
It’s their own journey and motivation that’s inspired them to help others realize that change can be real – and life-long.
Founder of Be Well 365 and Board Certified in Internal medicine, Dr. Eva Lopez has made it her personal commitment to help her patients get off unnecessary medications, successfully treat those with diabetes, high blood pressure, and poor lifestyle habits that lead to chronic conditions.
Dr. Lopez is her own best example for what can be achieved through Be Well 365 as she herself has lost over 100 pounds though her commitment to taking control of her health. She discovered who she really wants to be – someone who is able to inspire and help others achieve the seemingly impossible for themselves.

Jim Toombs is a psychotherapist with the Zeitgeist Wellness Group. He has been working with individuals, couples and families for over 20 years. He has searched for gold in Alaska (didn’t find any), authored four books, traveled the world on business, fathered four kids and done a few other things. In other words, he has lived.
“The diet and exercise you learn at Be Well is a no-brainer as far as losing weight is concerned. But the not-so-obvious third leg of that three-legged stool is psychotherapy. Research shows that therapy can help you eat right and help you get the exercise you need. It is especially helpful if you are depressed or angry or if you have problems at home. And then, after you get to your desired weight, counseling can be a potent component of your long-term maintenance program – so you get it off and keep it off.”
