Lets Talk Smoothies: Does Your Weight Loss Strategy Include A Healthy Breakfast?


Ever chug a smoothie for breakfast? Some people just don’t have time for breakfast or much less pulling out all the the healthiest ingredients you can find from the fridge, rinsing out the blender and waking everyone else in the house up! Most of us have the option for a healthy breakfast but just don’t make the arrangements. 

So what about you? Do you eat a healthy breakfast, whatever you can find or nothing at all? If your like me, you take an early lunch, but occasionally Ill have this spinach smoothie. Its super easy to make, you don’t need a juicer and its healthy!

-1 banana

-4 ice cubes

-1/2 cup dress blueberries

-1/4 cup of vanilla almond milk/ (or juice depending on what’s in my fridge)

-1 cup fresh spinach

I know it doesn’t sound like much, but seriously try it! If your looking to replace this with your usual, unhealthy breakfast then yes this is a great food for weight loss and its won’t pain you to drink it! There are a lot of healthy ways to lose weight without having to make drastic changes. Slightly modifying your behavior, such as changing up your morning routine, could be your solution to weight loss and practicing a healthy lifestyle!
